Evan is originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina and now lives in Wilton Manors. His personal interests include photography, travel, and spending time with his two Rhodesian ridgebacks Rufus & Roscoe.

Originally from New York (Long Island) I relocated to Fort Lauderdale for the endless summers and incredible South Florida lifestyle.

I am a long time real estate investor and business entrepreneur, originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Winter and gray skies no more, South Florida is now where I call home. In the off season I spend as much time in Provincetown as possible, which aids me in helping clients who desire that bi-coastal/snowbird lifestyle.
